Florida Fishing Reports for Bradenton

Florida Fishing Reports for Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, Palmetto, Sarasota, and Longboat Key - submitted June 16, 2008

Redfish are stacking up

Wow, redfish have been stacked up, under docks for the past 6 weeks, taking live shrimp. Up to 30 inches. Many amazing battles on light tackle. Try long docks, in shallow water, with lots of shade. Get up close and cast deep into shadows. Avoid super low tides and use a split shot.

Good luck, Capt. Brook.
